This service is included at no cost as part of a minimum course subscription, but can also be purchased separately.
Setting Up
Accounts and groups learners who require access to the training are provided with a unique username and password, and this forms the basis of each account. The details are stored on LearnForce, e3Learning’s learning management system, and everything that the learner does while logged into LearnForce is recorded against this username.
User accounts can be organised into one or more groups, which provides a way of organising the user accounts into a clear structure. The group structure used will normally match the group structure within your organisation. This means that groups on LearnForce will match the locations, branches, departments or project groups in place in your organisation, making reporting on individuals and groups a much more straight forward process.

The group structures for your organisation are created by an e3Learning account manager according to your directions. This includes the creation of administrator accounts for each group.
Using LearnForce, administrator’s can view other user’s training activity, modify their details and perform reports on the group as a whole. Administrators will generally be supervisors, managers, training administrators and those more senior with an organisation.
Support
e3Learning provides second level technical support for the life of your organisation’s course or LearnForce subscriptions. Tools available on LearnForce (e3Learning’s Learning Management System).

Each organisation’s requirements for the creation of new accounts and management of training records will be different, and your account manager will work with you to identify an effective ongoing system. This will often involve a representative of your organisation being provided with the ability to manage and generate new accounts.
